Your written proposal identifies the parties, selected design, deliverables, revisions, total price, applicable taxes, currency, domain coverage and delivery date. Please agree it before paying. Quotes for custom work state their own promotional and standard charges. Prices shown here are in MYR; any taxes, bank charges or currency conversion costs are disclosed before agreement. This website is an invitation to enquire, not an automatic reservation or checkout.

The offer starts on 1 October 2026 at 00:00 UTC and ends on 1 October 2027 at 00:00 UTC, exclusively. Scheduled standard charges are calculated at 50% above the corresponding launch charges, rounded to the nearest RM5. The exact launch and scheduled standard prices are shown together in our pricing section or your private quotation. The higher figures are future prices, not claims about past selling prices.

Your agreed initial payment and written confirmation must be received during the offer to reserve launch pricing. Eligible recurring rental and care rates remain locked on the same tier while service continues, with the late-payment protection below. Tier upgrades or downgrades during the offer use the destination tier’s launch rate. After the offer, either type of tier change uses the destination tier’s full standard rate. A cancelled client returning after the offer pays the applicable standard rate. A one-time purchase has no recurring purchase-price lock. Separate scope changes and third-party costs must be agreed before they are charged.

Each design can serve a maximum of two active rental clients, personalised with different colours and fonts. With one active rental, purchase is unavailable; with two, the design is showcase only until a rental place becomes available. We confirm availability and reserve the agreed place before accepting payment.

An outright purchase is possible only when the design has no active rental clients. Following purchase it is permanently retired from further sale and rental by Sevraen, but may remain in our portfolio as a sold design. After full payment, you receive the complete agreed template folder, including code and supplied assets, with transfer of the rights Sevraen owns in the purchased design and deliverables recorded in the handover agreement. This does not claim ownership of third-party fonts, libraries or assets, or exclusive copyright in AI-generated images. Their applicable rights and licences remain in effect and are identified at handover. No exclusive rights in third-party or non-ownable materials are promised.

Rental grants use during the active service, not ownership or source-file handover. When rental ends, the hosted website goes offline. Your own supplied content remains yours. You must have permission to use material you provide. Portfolio use does not include private customer information.

Pay 25% of the agreed purchase price to reserve the design and begin personalisation. The remaining 75% is due after approval of the final result and before files are handed over.

Standard personalisation takes 1–2 weeks from receipt of both the initial payment and all required content. The specific delivery date is agreed in writing. Client delays and extra work can extend it by agreement. We do not silently change the scope or deadline.

If you cancel during production, the initial payment may be applied to completed work and reasonable legally recoverable cancellation losses, up to that payment, with an itemised explanation; any remaining balance is returned within 14 days of cancellation. It is not automatically forfeited regardless of circumstances. If Sevraen fails to deliver the agreed work, including an agreed deadline without a justified agreed extension, your deposit is refunded in full within 14 days after cancellation for that failure. Statutory remedies for defective or undelivered work remain available.

Rental requires a security deposit equal to two agreed monthly fees. Pay one monthly fee before personalisation, then the second after final approval and before deployment. These instalments are 50% each of the deposit; both are held as refundable security rather than service fees.

The first month of rental has no additional service charge. Regular monthly billing begins one month after deployment. Optional monthly care is available only to clients using Sevraen products, is quoted privately, and follows the same two-instalment security-deposit arrangement and first-month inclusion. Its regular billing starts one month after care begins. Rental already includes care; no separate care deposit is charged for that included service. Billing dates and any month-end adjustments are recorded in your proposal.

If you cancel before launch or care activation, the initial instalment may cover completed work and reasonable legally recoverable losses, with an itemised deduction and any balance refunded within 14 days. If Sevraen fails to deliver the agreed service, the deposit paid is refunded in full within 14 days after cancellation for that failure.

You may give notice at any time by email or WhatsApp. Termination takes effect two calendar months after we receive your written notice. We acknowledge the end date in writing; acknowledgement delays do not extend your notice period.

Choose either to apply the security deposit towards the final two months’ agreed fees, or continue paying and receive the refundable balance within 14 days after termination. We provide a closing statement. Outstanding agreed charges and reasonable legally recoverable losses may be deducted with an explanation, without charging twice for the same amount. Any balance is returned; the deposit is not automatically forfeited in full. If the deposit does not cover the lawful amount due, the balance remains payable.

Recurring payments have a seven-day grace period after their due date. If still unpaid after that period, the rental website or monthly care service is suspended until payment is received. For a care-only client, suspension means the contracted care and hosting services stop; it does not revoke ownership of purchased files. Billing continues during suspension.

The promotional rate is protected for 30 days from suspension. Clear the outstanding balance within that period to restore service at the protected rate. At the end of those 30 days the old price lock expires; restarting requires a new agreement, the applicable new-client rate and any required security deposit. The old deposit is reconciled against outstanding charges and reasonable legally recoverable losses, with any refundable remainder returned within 14 days of account closure. A new agreement during the launch offer may qualify for the then-available launch rate; after the offer it uses standard rates.

For example, a payment due on 30 August 2026 and unpaid through 6 September leads to suspension on 7 September. Payment received on 29 September falls within 30 days after suspension and preserves an otherwise eligible price lock. This is an illustration of timing, not eligibility for an offer that begins in October.

Marketing templates do not include payment processing, booking or customer accounts unless separately agreed. Hosting, domain renewals, edits and revisions are limited to your written scope. No unlimited editing, uninterrupted availability or guaranteed business results are promised.

Contact us promptly about a problem so we can investigate and agree a remedy. Nothing here excludes rights, refunds or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Malaysian law applies subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you, including where you are overseas. Changes to published terms do not retrospectively remove agreed price locks or other existing contractual rights. Any material change to your agreement requires written agreement.

Sevraen handles information you share through admin.sevraen@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 11-6655 6689: your name, business and contact details, enquiry, project materials, correspondence and payment records. We use it to respond, prepare quotations, deliver and support services, keep accounts and resolve disputes. Basic connection information such as IP addresses may be processed by our hosting provider for delivery and security.

Our website currently uses email and WhatsApp for enquiries. We do not use advertising analytics or tracking cookies in the website itself. Email, WhatsApp and Cloudflare have their own processing practices. Relevant information may be handled by these communication and hosting providers, payment or banking providers you use, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required, including providers outside Malaysia. We do not sell your enquiry details.

Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but without the information necessary for a quote or delivery we may be unable to help. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal data or customer databases. We retain information only as needed for the enquiry, service, legal recordkeeping and disputes, then delete or anonymise it. Contact the address above to request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, limit processing or raise a privacy concern. Requests remain subject to applicable legal obligations and rights. Withdrawing information needed for an ongoing service may affect our ability to provide it.
